Apply using horizontal and vertical strokes for even coverage. Use less on elbows, ankles, knees to prevent deeper tanning in these areas. Wash hands and nails immediately after application. Allow lotion to completely dry on skin before dressing. Depending on your desired tanning level, Inside Tan can be used as little as once a week or as often as desired.
Tip: Apply all over ankles, knees and elbows without avoidance and then go back over these areas with a dry towel and gently wipe.
Alwyas use an SPF factor after applying Inside Tan.
