There are many reasons one gets puffy eyes, I won’t go through them all … but I do know that we hate having them. It ages us and makes us look tired. I do have a small easy “exercise” that may help with the elimination of the “Puff”.
“Puffy” eyes are a result of waste not properly being flushed out by your lymphatic system. The lymphatic system sometimes gets stagnate (usually due to lack of exercise or movement). When this happens, toxins stay in your body for a prolonged period of time and causes the “puffy” eyes we all hate.
To help stimulate this flow try this technique at home: In the morning upon rising put your arms out from your sides palms outward (see photo below) and proceed in circular motion.

Do this for 1 minute, counterclockwise or clockwise either one is fine. Your lymph nodes are in your arm pits and this action will help jump start your lymph system into gear to dispose of those puffy eye tissue toxins! Say goodbye to the “Puff”
